Donley’s Concrete Group is serving as the concrete formwork and placement subcontractor for the new Wild Dunes Resort Hotel and Conference Center on Isle of Palms, SC.  The 6 story hotel and conference center is 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean and will feature 153 guest rooms, 3 meeting/conference spaces, 14 spa treatment rooms, expanded pool, and a poolside restaurant.  DCG is placing a 2 level concrete frame and 5 levels of slab on metal deck in addition to three 7 story cores totaling 258,000 SF and 12,500 CYs of concrete.
