Germanna Community College’s new parking deck is situated in a hillside adjacent to the Science & Engineering Building/Information Commons that Donley’s completed as Construction Manager. The tight construction site required a permanent shoring wall to separate the two structures.

The façade of the two-bay structure features thin-set brick and architecturally elaborate stair/elevator towers. A connector canopy to the Science & Engineering Building/Information Commons was also included in the project.
