Donley’s completed the design/build for the North Bethesda Conference Center Parking Structure & Roadway Improvements in 2018. The new cast-in-place concrete parking structure accommodates 650 cars, located behind the existing conference center and hotel.  Donley’s worked with design architect Ayers Saint Gross, parking consultant Walker Parking Consultant, and structural engineer Hope Furrer Associates on the project.
